Definately possible. If the coins right and nice chances are someone else will want it. I have gone over the top sometimes ....talking hundreds not just a couple of pound and not got the coin / Banknote i was after. Alternatively got them at pretty much my maximum. Price with a minute left £100......Bid £600 and ended up paying very close to that........just making numbers up as trying to explain. Throwing big bids in .....still be happy to pay that amount.

The more i think about it ....i dont have a clue how you spot them. Your brain must be sharp to notice all these at a show..........The 1913 at a show there must be loads,and need to check them which takes time unless your only after one or two coins.....i.e That particular one F175 would only take a glance..........but only if you want one Is it your only looking for a couple now . I would think i knew indicators for coins i was missing but you must spend hours trying to find something a dealer wasnt bothered about / missed at a show . Jerry whats the secret or do you walk round with a book or notes list of indicators ?.
