They have no knowledge about coins, but are simply hoping that some junk in their procession might be worth a fortune without them knowing. Hoping that they might have a winning lottery ticket that would change their lives. They are going by "false hope is better than no hope" philosophy. Three years and three 1933 pennies, each with a background story as unbelievable and entertaining as the free form word jazz syntax of her listings. Then, of course, there was the Gothic crown....
