  1. Take your time kieran.....The people posting the pictures know what to buy and would not like you to just start buying Rang
  2. Looking at the third picture i guess at F over E over P....with a die crack below the loop of a P.... Although looking at the picture again the E must have been used twice....So i give up
  3. Yes Hat off for posting the pictures...its making me want to start buying a few
  4. I bet you have a couple Rob
  5. Satin is a brochure on scarce victorian early bun pennies. The F15 retouches start at Satin 16-20 which is why without a picture you were better looking on Richards site. They are differences made to F15 and covered in more depth by Gouby. Look on Richards site at the retouches / transitional dies. More for the Anorak collector
  6. Worth a picture Mick. Will be Satin 16 but varieties with the colons and Bun recut. Or look on Richards site for the different stages
  7. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Copper-King-George-III-1797-Cartwheel-Penny-Excellent-Condition/273214418242?hash=item3f9cd92d42:g:tagAAOSwVL5a-rSi Wind your neck in
  8. Yes they were all genuine as i bought eleven and were spot on although all slightly different including Normal ,DFI and Broken stem , i looked carefully at them all before i picked out the best and sent some for grading. They were all found in one bag with some 1834 farthings of which i also bought a few and they were slightly different from each other REV A ,REV B , and W.w.
  9. I dont know anything about them but looks ok to me in that it does not look fake Also it looks like a red riley coin as the picture is the same ?.
  10. If you log in....Click on Lots archive.... Type in the search box (top right)....Colin Adams....Two options come up highlighted .... click on penny sale.. A lot easier than trying to fill in all the daft boxes
  11. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1858-retro-souvenir-Penny-exact-same-size-weight-as-a-Penny/282961077718?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649 Seller lists as a fake ,but as i have said before as soon as they start toning them beginners will buy them All the dates and the bronze aswell.
  12. Yes....Thats what i mean about all you can see the 4
  13. Nothing wrong with having a gap Mike, there is no way i would pay so much for that especially being No 4
  14. Oh Hello.......... Come on Peter i am sure you can do better than that.
  15. Online for anyone interested
  16. I dont think they would have a value to be worth putting in an auction as a single item ,unless you try it on ebay. You may find someone is prepared to pay a premium for it The premium though could be cancelled out if you deduct 25% in Coin Auction fees from the price someone would pay and then you have a few quid for one item to post it to the Auction house.
  17. Scarcer ...So even more so above VF I also dont think many Dealers or Auction houses check for them
  18. There are other indicators Kev. If you look at the rim of the OBV then compare with the REV you will see the REV has the teeth right to the edge. No rim is REV A Just look at your pictures above and can see the difference even if the coin is Rang
  19. We are halfway there Kev its OBV 1 Looks to be 1+A F174
  20. It also does not touch the tooth as the normal one does ,as in the first 1 in the date.
  21. Yes but you can look at other indicators for the 1909 The 1901 i must of thrown about ten in the bin
  22. Thank you so much to the couple of people who have messaged me........... The 1901 though has the last ONE over a gap. Sometimes due to light etc its hard to tell when you first start looking. Believe me i have looked at hundreds
  23. Its the 1901 that is the one for me Terry......I am starting to get bored looking for a good one
  24. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Very-rare-1933-George-V-one-penny-coin-79/253600581485?hash=item3b0bc5c76d:g:kRcAAOSwB4ha608U Think he has been drinking Fosters. Amazing someone who sells hundreds of coins and has good feedback putting this on
