Must admit, I've not looked for an E/L combo, so had a look thru mine. Not found one but there is a bit of fudgery going on here.

The raised lines are due to cracks in a die nearing the end of its useful life. You do occasionally see raised blobs where a chunk of the die has actually broken off. Very common on coins of the C19 and earlier, and of little significance to collectors. Jerry

Sort of related. I was chatting one night with GC and he mentioned that he got a lot of 1960 crowns from the bank when they were issued as part of the money drawn out for wage packets for the company workers. His father was not amused and instructed him to pay them out asap, and don't do it again. So I suppose they might have circulated anecdotally, but never widely adopted.
