Anybody with examples of Oxford 1643 or 1644 coins, any denominations, which have larger central plumes than the two either side above the declaration - pictures please. i.e halfcrowns with 1643 obverses H to L and reverses 22 to 29. Any 1644 halfcrowns with obverses A through to I and reverses 3 to 18, 21, 23, 25, 27-30, 32, 8a, 17a, 27a, 28a. That's 15 obverses and 35 reverses to aim for, so plenty of scope to help. I would also like any images of reverse 26, the one where the large plume has been rubbed down and a small one substituted in its place, this paired with a C1 obverse.
Smaller denominations dated 1644 with three lis, the centre one being slightly larger would also be of use. A few dies only here.
Obviously there are sites such as Lloyd Bennett with a large number of images, but I am looking for any that aren't imaged on his site, or that are much bigger even if pictured there. An example of the reverse design I am looking for is attached.
Thanks in advance.
