  3. Sorry rich but that made me smile
  4. Hi Robert and welcome. Not my thing sorry but the 1967 pennies were the last pre decimal and there are millions of them so unfortunately not really worth anything. Be lucky. Pete.
  5. Thanks Prax. Not really a website ,more something i can access my pictures with descriptions etc. Mainly as i dont keep the coins at home.
  6. After Britt ? Your on the wrong indicator Matt
  7. Yes it was only after reading your book David i started looking for them.
  8. Its making me feel ill just looking at them. Does anyone know how they end up looking like that ?.
  9. Your head has gone Matt ,good job its nearly the weekend ........cool to luck at They look absolutely RANG TANG
  10. Not an investment ,but happy to tick off the list.
  11. Well some lunatic bought the 1926
  12. Wouldnt be suprised to see it in the next LCA auction.
  13. Not my thing Paul ....But you have got the pictures right
  14. Cant see a problem although i maybe i am reading this wrong. Neil has done nothing but help and advise me over the last few years, but dont see anything wrong in the amount he is asking. He has wages , office , catalogues ,petrol plus tables at fairs and acomadation. ,viewing collections, auction lots all over the country etc. He may sell it for a bit less but his stock levels are vast and doesnt do it just for fun I maybe off the mark ............Although i know you dont come on the forum now Neil ...... but if you read this be lucky. Pete.
  15. 1849 mynki
  16. I know a couple of people who have bid live over the phone but they were high prices ,dont know if that makes a difference.
  17. Know you cant bid live or listen on the internet Matt. I am led to believe you can bid over the phone although not something i have done,so not sure.
  18. Thank you so much. Maybe i am getting softer as i get older but had a tear in my eye aswel. Thats quality and looked at numerous others today like berlin 2002 ,we sometimes forget how much people like bowie had so much of an influence. For the young ones pastel coloured suits and jew cut pants were quite new
  19. A show he did is on you tube ,sorry cant put the link up.. David bowie -live by request.......were he does most of the old ones. Yes when we think back....We need to smile at memories....be nice with people and remember life is a little short.
  20. Just been watching him at live aid singing heroes 1985 for those that remember it. My wife doesnt often get a tear in her eye ,but for anyone who remembers how much of a nice guy he seemed to be ....A true legend. Worth a watch and sorry if it sounds a bit sentimental , but a true hero
  21. Remembered with a smile. Legend and one of the most influential people of the seventies. RIP.
  22. Welcome back Prax and all the best. Hope your ok and miss you not posting. Nice penny aswell If its any consolation although the wife keeps going to spain there always seems to be things that keep me here.
  23. Understand the confusion know. The money was sent to OPTIONLINE and not OPTONLINE. I have managed to cancel the payment through PAYPAL. As per my PM please send me an invoice as may be easier for both of us. Pete.
  24. Thank you Paul for sharing the images. I have also become more aware after early mistakes on what to look more closely for. The large photos can often bring up things you may miss just looking at the coin in hand.
