i dont have a decent 1860 to look at really.. only one i have identified is my F-15 and thats because of the obverse... struggling with my 1875 though

i think i have 2 of those its about 600k-1 million odd. i have a couple of the scarce 1992 small head 20p's a commowealkth games £2... and the olympic one too post is part of the problem... of course for now money is an issue.. i'm building my collection (found some good rare bits by accedent so far) so rather put money to the coins, then once i accumulate some nice bits.. send em i want to know how secure the postage is, replacing F169 penny and VF 1858 small date farthings are not exactly easy...

it says in collectors coin under victorian OH pennies, that closer or wider spaced dates are worth slightly more. i have some penny examples of date spacing

i'm guessing its obverse 3 and reverse G combination (no signiture, thumb not touching st georges cross) not sure on obverse, reverse i think is correct, although wear would rub out any trace of signiture you can just see the thumb on the shield of brittania and the rocks are still visable, looking at pictures.. thats the only reverse used in 1861 with the rock layout

i#'ll update my picture tomorrow, get a sharper image on the date. i did find this when getting my 1887 out again is it me or is the 5 on this 1895 spaced further away from the 9 then usual picture is rubbish... but you can see the spacing... i'll update the image of that too

the toned one was £2... there was a lustrous one at £3... the toned one is a bit more interesting no sign of low graders, i'm guessing he would put em out at 50p though, although i have found some odd stuff in bargain bins (1928 EF irish 1d with some lustre?, 1770's forgery offstrike halfpenny both 10p each? ,1728 6D in fair at 25p, and a few scarce foreign pieces at 10p or 25p) always wanted a 1953 penny, seems i have slowly built the set of 1953's myself netted an AUNC scarce variaty farthing for 25p not long ago there too, think i'm missing the florin or scottish shilling :/. and onto the farthing again. having had a look on ebay i have seen similar wear on coins from the early-mid 1850's i had a look at mine again and it could be 183- dont forget 1838's

only 1953's at my dealer are EF... one i bought is that grade and nicely toned too.

no it was a 1953 penny i saw... looked like it had been used in circulation from that period

and dont forget the 1954 penny found in change... i have seen a circulated 1953 penny on ebay too

would it be that worn they were taken out of circulation in 1869 i have a similar situation with a worn farthing... could be 186- or 185-

i dont think it was cant remember what book it was in, but it wasn't demonitized, the silver 3D was in the late 40's i think

that 33 does look more like a late 20's then a 30's the wear doesnt look right to be 30's looks like my 27-29's
