Would you bid? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EXTREMELY-RARE-1934-KING-GEORGE-V-SILVER-WREATH-CROWN-Reasonable-Grade-/121903052893? I also messaged this person asking for the weight .... 4 replies stressing that he had had it looked at by collectors, it was just over 28g, and he had been offered £3k for it Quote

Nordle11 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 You can see the insert in the second picture, this one's a hollow out one and file down another job. A fool and his money are soon parted Quote
PWA 1967 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Same Guy that has been mentioned loads of times on here. Altered dates ,mules ,missing this and that . He is starting to wind me up and lives near me Was selling KN ,H that were not right infact the only ones i have noted he has admitted to were 1933 altered dates. Tell him what your looking for and he will make you one tonight . Quote
bagerap Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Interestingly, he may have a few unusual coins, but he knows nothing about exonumia. And long may that continue. I've had a number of bargains from him. Quote
PWA 1967 Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Can only comment on the pennies and the seller can be completely out of order with his attribution. The guy sells pennies without H ,mules, rare varieties and all are wrong Also sold KN pennies that have been added.........anyway dont want to disturb him as he is busy in his workshop..........FACT. Infact with some varieties he has sold more than are known to exist. Pete. 1 Quote
