    I know this is a long shot, but I'm looking for a copy of Sealby’s Coin and Medal Bulletin, June 1964. I would also like The Numismatic Circular, April 1950. If anyone has these, or knows where I might get them, please let me know. Ta very much. MBE

    Do keep that first one though WC. It may not have much numismatic value, but it will be well worth what you paid as a little reminder of what not to buy. You'll look back at it one day and think: "Blimey, did I really buy that?" Anyone who says they haven't done the same is a big fibber.

    You'll be explaining that next. Some very nice pennies. On the 1874 there is a lack of detail on the lower right quarter of the shield, along with some roughness behind Britannia and in front of Victoria's face. What's caused this please? I'm assuming not damage or corrosion as it's slabbed. Rusty dies?

    Hi all, I've been trying to locate an auction catalogue from the December DNW sale. They've supposedly posted me one but it's not turned up. Anyone have a spare knocking about that they'd be prepared to part with please? Cheers, Jon

    I think it's a twopence and a penny. Nice edges on the 2d and a reasonable price if within estimate I would say.

    I'd say it was real. Got some impact marks around the middle where someone's punched it out. Not terribly difficult by all accounts.
