  7. Might of guessed looking it was bought by a forum member. Makes me wonder why more coins are not listed on here or is that not allowed ?.
  8. I notice coins listed as ex- M.Peake. Being relatively knew to collecting pennies wondered if anyone has any information about him or his collection or weather he was a dealer. I ask as he obviously had a good collection as otherwise dont feel the provenance would of been mentioned. Pete.
  9. The 1903 open penny i may of lifted the price as bid £103 expecting to get it cheaper.

  14. Well done Brian and glad your still enjoying collecting and the 1915 recessed were good finds. As you know i am not really into errors but sure someone will help you. I would call it "Throw it in the bin" . Be lucky. Pete.
  15. I looked about twenty minutes after 1949 first post and it had gone. Must be a lurker . Anyway like i said nice post in the first place.
  16. Next week i think Gary thats only a few.
  17. Nice post ,someone viewing this obviously bought it . Although i have one it went soon after i looked. I will say thanks even if they couldnt be bothered.
  18. Swanny you paid the money for an independent opinion. I know its not what you wanted to here as its happened to me and we dont want to find out a coin is rejected or lower grade than we hoped. I suggest you phone them ,speak to a grader ,let them explain why it was rejected and move on. They will explain there opinion and remember they are not there to just tell you what you want to here just there opinion ,that you paid for. If you were not happy with the service you have a choice weather to send any in the future. Pete.
  19. I wish Dave been in the UK three month
  20. You will probably be right Rob and not finding faults the site allows me to learn. Everyone to there own and up to them.
