  1. Told you i was daft the picture just does not show the error that isnt pictured or described Pete.
  2. This is the problem Dutchgreener, when i put the UIN in the PCGS site it brings up the details of your coin. The picture though is not the same one and X#10 is described as the standard 1844 model penny. Maybe its me as have had similar problems when i have been on the site previously and you could have a check yourself. Nice coin anyway and was a good buy especially at the price you got it for. Pete.
  3. There is some on ebay at the moment but terrible.
  4. Just spoke to her. Its not a race you can walk round if you want . If you cant manage an obstacle you can miss it out, think its more to do with getting enjoyment out of the day. Obviously as anything a lot take it seriously but there is no pressure just lots of laughing and encouragement. Sure you will have a good day. Pete.
  5. Its a nice coin that has been authenticated and i would just take it out and if you like it keep it. The variety (3) that you sent they have looked at 25 and rejected 10. 12 of the remaining that were ok were graded between 50 and 70 the same as your own and that IMO would not make any difference to the price. The coin is entered on the system from the day they first look at it and when finalised is already in the plastic . I agree they could of taken it out for you though anyway, although now the choice is yours, your first question was should i take it out or not . Pete.
  6. The coin was rejected and therefore a value not put on it weather its in plastic or not ?.
  7. Yes is the quick answer

  9. Not sure and my daughter at work will ask her later. Just remember you dont know what the weather will be like a couple of months ago when they did it was throwing it down in the morning . If you cant do an obstacle though you can just bypass it,lots of support from other entrants and well organised.
  10. I would feel re toned means its what it says and doubt very much its going to tone much better at least over the next few years. Welcome to the forum swanny can you tell us the UIN for the picture ?.
