I think it's supposed to represent a Guinea of the year, but for me the OBV is wrong, Annes nose and mouth certaintly look wrong. A pointed nose and a smiling mouth certainly don't look correct. Is it silver or Gold colour, what is the weight and diameter?

A guide won't show you a perfect coin, ist will however give you a price guide for said perfect coin. Its what you attribute it as that will give the Price. As a buyer, its always lower, as a seller, its always higher

It could be said that the seller is merely hoping that a newb buyer will pop along with 500 big ones and buy the coin, i assume he obviously knows what it exactly is as he identifies most coins correctly. I did ask about his Halfcrown and got this back regarding it being overgraded from where it was actually bought........... Sorry but where a coin has come from is not infomation we pass on.
