  1. Lots 2113 (440 GBP) Lot 2115( 300 GBP), did'nt see that coming............Thoughts Richard
  2. I was never going to expect a bargain considering how the last DNW sale went and how coin sales in General this year have gone
  3. I doubt they'd be shopping on ebay Huss lol
  4. Thought i'd kick start proceedings. Good luck (null)
  5. You may have both read it wrong. The Puffen browser is INSTEAD of Flash player boys. The goblin is heating up, DNW in the comfort of the water bed and Silk Black sheets, the Goblin will have to do as serving wench for now
  6. I was'nt supposed to bidding until Mr Paisley reminded me that it was on, bid on 1 won one, my bad
  7. Anybody win anything?
  8. Most of you who own an Apple product will know that Flash Player is'nt compatible with iphones and ipads etc. Well i was on the saleroom today and an advert popped up on the Scrolling preview suggesting a browser called puffin which would enable an iphone or ipad to use Flash. As i don't use the Laptop much These days due to having an ipad it generally frustrated me that i could'nt watch live bidding online because of the Flash Problem, anyway, i've downloaded the puffin browser (you can have a 2 week Trial or buy for 1.99) so i went ahead and purchased it and low and behold it works a treat, so DNW live bidding from the bed in the morning, just Need a serving wench to fetch me a cuppa tea
  9. Turn the Sound off, it helps the lag. Just a quick thought here, but with Spink stopping coin sales will that mean they'll also stop publication of the yearly Price guide? Anyone know?
  10. Womder if his mate got a bargain then
  11. He does come up with the goods Paul, unfortunately 90% is Rather inflated/cleaned/dipped, its up to the individual if they want to chance it. I doubt he'll be overly happy at the price, i guess he was looking for £750+ unfortunately as i've also noticed, no one is buying on ebay right now, possibly waiting on the last few auctions of the year such as DNW tomorrow.
  12. Problem being, Martin Platt is the seller. £503 i doubt he'll be happy with that considering he wrote in his description Almost impossible to locate in any condition, this coin would make a wonderful addition to any serious early 18th century pattern halfpenny collection. A similar coin sold in March 2013 at auction for £750 although we believe this example to be superior. He was probably hoping for £750 plus
  13. I didn't think it was you, Bernie. I sat next to a penny collector who knows you well. There were other buyers in the room, 2 more on the phone and lots of proxy bids. Possibly our newest member then, Rashenly2? I know (if its the same man) that he's a serious penny collector also
  14. Ebay is just a joke right now, i'm not even going to bother until after the New Year, but it's definately a buyers market on there just now
  15. Various countries grading scales. Thanks David

  20. You can still purchase from him online
  21. Lol, thats probably a rogue spy satellite that the NSA has lost contro of. Speaking of morality etc and obviously not trying to get to deep into the subject of polotics, but when did the Government lose touch. This conservative bunch of actors has just NO IDEA of how to Govern. Behind closed doors their wallets are getting fatter and fatter while bleeding the underprivelidged dry, this is like going back to the days of Robin Hood, in fact its not even done behind closed doors. If this were the 1600s i could see why there was a civil war and i know which side i'd be on, they have completely lost touch with the common man, i read somewhere the other day that Cameron had a wee drugs problem a while back?
  22. I hope it won't be to Long before we're no longer a part of Westminster. Are you eligible to vote in the independence referendum, Dave? Or is it just those who currently live in Scotland? Only residents of British nationality can vote. Just looked it up and it seems that residents from Commwealth and EU countries can also vote. Correct.Incorrect, only those Residenz in Scotland can vote
  23. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=261335430228 Copy? This looks a bit casty also 261335430521
  24. I don't think it will happen either Derek, people are to scared, but for me i've had enough of a Westminster Government who see to Test every f Ing policy out of Scotland First. Enorme it Rolls out to the Rest of the UK. England has no interest in us apart from the oil
