Personally i'd be put off with the discolouring across Eddies cheek and the wear to the hair just below the ear. Personally i do like the 1902 Crown, i'm still waiting on an UNC or Matte proof to come along at the same time as i have spare £££££s although Matte proof would be better for me, it would sit alongside my halfcrown of the same date
Been watching this today and was wondering what the general thoughts on this coin are regarding grade http://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/auction-catalogues/baldwins/catalogue-id-2898988/lot-21867740
Everyone seems to have great condition coins, the fact these appear without pictures helps no one, so if you can post pictures of your coins and then people can help you, otherwise we're pissing in the wind
As the header says, this is the flaming hair variety William III shilling Spink 3515, its come from the Association Shipwreck: If anyone is interested in it then PM me with your offer.
Now its getting a little more interesting. The 1st newspaper to come out in Support of the yes campaign http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2014/may/04/sunday-herald-declares-yes-for-scottish-independence Read the comments, there's one or two from England who were quite unbiased in their commemts.
Or not bother listing anything at all. Sooner or later they're going to stop playing god and let the sellers have their say, or else it's going to start squeezing their Profits
Lol, just goes to show their stupidity Rob. I was offered free listings after i took their Survey after a dispute. During the Survey i repeated in each answer how f¥+*@!g stupid and ignorant they are towards sellers, and so they believe that in giving you a free listing it will make everything all better. All its done is made me decide not to sell on there again due to their policy of a buyer is ALWAYS correct and the seller can go bite the big one even though as a seller i helped pay their wages. Never again
Its normally the case with rarer high grade coins. He seems to think he must get Spink book prices plus for the rare stuff even though he's buying for less. Its a case of be careful as its sometimes overgraded/dipped. Its your choice to bid or not, but most of us on here know him well.
Not if you use an apple product, plus the seller has been noted for 18 months or so for certain practises which helps the prices of his auctions. He had several people who helped things along and the person i mentioned was one of those who always bidded but seemed to just miss out everytime. He must be one of the unluckiest ebayers ever.
