  5. I suspect we may have already missed the boat on the coins of those two countries. Buy what you enjoy collecting -- what interests you. That way you'll at least gotten something out of the hobby even if the investment does not work out.
  6. Those dealers in the UK I have done business with have been honorable and ethical. That is because I've avoided the minority who are not. You would find the same situation with dealers in the US, Canada or any other country.

  15. The coin that I recall from that sale was the 1908 matte proof penny. Should have bid, but didn't.
  16. I've heard that most of the pennies in that sale were better than the pictures.
