That was an eastern European showman (Romanian?) who was a world renowned expert in numismatics apparently. Numismatic bullshittery maybe, but nowt else. The sort of guy who would offer a 1967 penny for a thousand dollars, but agree to sell it to you for a 99% discount - FYI, still a rip off.
