  1. They look absolutely terrible and cant understand why someone would artificially tone a coin to look like that. Everyone to there own but all those ............
  2. Yes that makes sense . Suppose what i should of said rather than withdrawn was did they change the design after only producing a few
  3. Was the..... 50P...... i asked was withdrawn ........Nothing to do with the 20p.
  4. Thats a scarce one Prax I seem to remember another thread about these a few months ago ...........although i might be wrong.
  5. The 20p undated i have one i bought with a few others a couple of years ago its in a cgs slab but GEF. They dont interest me and happy to get rid of it. If anyone wants one PM me £50 inc postage
  6. Hopefully when you get it slabbed it will be a good one.
  7. Please note the lots of bags of Chatter on the obverse also as vicky mentions.
  8. Vicky is the expert on these so 55 and dippity dip sounds spot on .
  9. Not over the top for a scarcer date. I can understand streaky lustre on some dates and the fact this has it on both sides. It was more just showing on one side so much on the previous posts that seemed strange. They are not the best looking coins.

Its not far off Dan probably closer to EF you should be able to get a really nice one with full lustre for about £40- £60, If thats a bit expensive the proofs of the same year are cheaper.

  13. Thank you. I have heard of the others but the 1992 10p i saw on another thread recently is that rare and how much do they sell for ?.
  14. Just a guess
  15. Not having a clue about rare decimal coins. Is there a list of ones that are sought after ?.
  16. If its not rejected what will it score 78 ?
  17. Also CGS will re slab a coin that was attributed to there old grading. 78 is now unc so would reslab just showing the number not AU they used to be more harsh than they now are.
  18. Not having a clue about them, was the 50p withdrawn for some reason . I cant understand why they are so expensive/rare.

  22. Seem to remember Chris sold the 50p aswell that the seller has ?.
  23. Have another look Jaggy can buy a nice sixpence with the profit
  24. Its the 2P that is scarce jaggy with the NEW PENCE. I notice the seller has the other rare 50p aswell. Looking over the ones that have sold recently they are obviously sought after.
