    Hi all got this coin relatively cheap and as you can see the toning is horrid. Im tempted to dip it and let it retone evenly is this a good idea or just plain stupid

    Do you want the shallow ear variety or the more common one. 1915 is not a hard year to find, there's plenty of high grade examples out there. How about this one Missed out by 50p You need to learn to snipe

    Just found out my old SLR camera has a macro lens . So ive bought a new digital body which will arrive next week. So whats the best set up for taking coin photos, its not an area ive had much practice in so any help will be welcome
