    I find they're not all that hard to obtain, and they're usually quite cheap. Here's an example that's just finished.

    Entirely normal. Quite possibly a worn die, but you do see some anomalies on the dies, especially on the nose and chin. Nothing abnormal from what I can see.

    I would say so, yes. Closed C and E with a normal-tailed R, as opposed to wedge-tailed.

    To answer your question, many Pre-Treaty London pennies have an annulet in each quarter, in my experience. From a quick glance yours appears to be type D. Here are a couple of my examples that illustrate the annulets.
