Agree. I would buy the bottom coin (and not only because I don't like slabs). There seems to be some wear to the hair on the obverse on the slabbed coin. Here's mine, in case it's of any interest.

Quite right I got my tops and bottoms mixed. Just to be clear I thought the bottom coin (un graded) was the better coin. Sorry for the confusion. In my defence when I posted the images I though they would be horizontal but instead they were in vertical order and I had to edit the post and made a mistake mixing my tops and bottoms.1 point

I would rather have the ungraded bottom coin. Looks better and struck better than the top MS64.1 point

Why do you say C over G ? I'm more inclined to say a repunched C as it appears to be an underlying C.1 point
