1949threepence Posted October 30, 2019 Posted October 30, 2019 (edited) Received a 5 question survey from e bay about a recent purchase I'd made, and whilst it's not worthy of a thread in itself, I thought I should mention it. The questionnaire was not about the item, but about the "delivery experience". One of the questions was "how good did the delivery make you feel. What positive feelings did you encounter?" (or words to that effect). I pointed out how inane the question was, and that it was a bog standard postal delivery, not some great emotional event. The tripe they come out with these days. JLS Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321547961434 What's up with this chancer ? Not a rare coin in mint state, even with the silly slabbed grade I can't imagine it's worth more than around £100. The odd thing about the seller is that they have some reasonably good quality coins, including an uncirculated George II halfpenny, although all in slabs with silly prices. 1 Quote

blakeyboy Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 QUEEN ANNE 1702 - 1714 SHILLING RARE SOLID Silver COIN. In amazing condition considering its so old, kept in a hard plastic wallet for many years now. For 99% of it's existence, I'll warrant! How many early 18th Century plastic coin wallets are still extant, I wonder..... 1 Quote
