Early dance music changed everything ,you didnt go out for a few hours it was a few days or ibiza for a few months.

Music changed from Joy divsion to New order almost overnight...... it was a good time from bits i remember.

Fortunately they started making it to hardcore and was time for me to retire

I have fond memories of magaluf 1984  Island theme tune at the time Club Tropicana by Wham . Just so fitting. Probably the best 14 days of my life So I am told. I can't say I remember much of it. But what naughties I do remember makes me grin like a cheshire cat.

I'm sure you're an absolute vision of loveliness still.

 I was 'on the scene', so to speak, back then, so got to meet and work alongside a lot of interesting people.

Being a kid in Leigh i used to go in a small arcade / shop all the time that was owned by Gary mcneish who is Petes brother so the Buzzcocks were my first band about forty years ago.

Buzzcocks? Nowt wrong with them. First 'proper' 1976 band out of Manchester. I saw them play Eric's Club in Liverpool.
