look at american stuff, every repunch, slight misalignment and flaw is a variety... i have never understood why some bun head pennys are listed as wide and narrow date, and some not
actually rare coins can be found cheaply anywhere i got an 1888 groat in a bulk buy with a 1826 halfpenny and 1864 penny (crossiet 4) for a fiver a 1875 H with 3 1912h and 1 1918h for a couple of quid as well as a £20 bulk lot of 200 odd coins which contained a single coin worth £40-60 those 2 off ebay i can get worn bunheads at my dealers for 5-25p (dependant on how much wear) and if they dont check the dates.. even the rare ones
