Or E over R, wow, that is a nice catch there! I'm not a farthing nut but rather like this one; again, excellent spot there.

Mine is even better condition, and was a 1/10 of that price, and came with a certificate of authenticity

signed by David Attenborough, in an oak presentation box made by Viscount Linley.

Your turn Pete.

Mine is a fabulous limited edition, personally designed by Fred Pistrucci, direct descendant of legendary Bernie Pistrucci - supplied in a platinum case for the first 5 orders received. Down payment of only £999 followed by 11 monthly payments of £799 and the deeds to your property.

Remember the Guardian Royal Exchange company? Their logo was an owl and their phone number ended 282820. Damn clever!

Good to see your dyslexia has reached a new owl.

I remember the last e/r I had in my collection I picked up in brum it was in around fine-good fine grade and cost me £6 , I got it off a shouldhavegonetospecsavers dealer who never noticed it and I sold it a couple of years later for £32 on the bay it was very popular .

I think the coin pictured is worth at least £100 pos £125 or so , still a great buy.

Would grade as GVF with the ek getting a mention as well.

Poss you could grade VGVF though thats debateable
