A strange one, the same seller has listed the same coin 3 times at 3 different prices www.ebay.co.uk/itm/29662-Grande-Bretagne-Georges-IV-1-2-Couronne-1821-KM-676-KM-676-/141625975694?hash=item20f990e38e:g:Q9UAAOSweW5VHn5C www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GREAT-BRITAIN-1-2-Crown-1821-KM-676-AU-55-58-Silver-14-11-/321932369788?hash=item4af4aa1f7c:g:eigAAOSwys5WWA8a www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GREAT-BRITAIN-1-2-Crown-1821-KM-676-AU-55-58-Silver-14-11-/201695761696?hash=item2ef6011520:g:LA8AAOSwal5YCMuN

Funnily enough i'm over for some Christmas shopping beginning of December, get a bit more for my euro, with Munich being the most expensive city in Germany it makes sense to strike while the pound is so low right now.....

My apologies Michael, they don't exactly broadcast what they do, but let's end that debate and you can keep your head in the sand while others open their eyes. Not to put to much conspiracy your way though l, around 3 years ago the Rothschild sold every single share they owned in oil, that was when the market was at its absolute peak, strange how it plummeted and they made another small fortune. So Michael, give me proof he hasn't influenced anything, can you do that? No? It's about keeping an open mind and seeing what's exactly going on around you. Why is there war in Syria? Did you read about Hilary Clintons emails about this subject? They are in the public domain.....You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink..... ps, I'm not moaning about Brexit, I was more commenting on your link about the economy being fine and dandy, it certainly far from that, bet you heard that in the news? ? My point exactly. Rothschild banker, Rothschild attached to the BBC....2+2

Here's a list if the banks that they own, then tell me that he has no influence. P.S the BoE is also in this list http://humansarefree.com/2013/11/complete-list-of-banks-ownedcontrolled.html?m=0

Let's also remember it was the Rothschild family who gave the Jewish community a place to live, I.E. Israel, they also funded a Bankrupt America during the war. Let's try and put perspective on just how much this family has in their piggy bank and who exactly is running this planet and it's Governments

I'm not suggesting Brexit Michael, I'm suggesting propaganda by the BBC, also remember he works or did do for Barclays.... Now back to the point where Britain is doing rather well post Brexit http://m.huffpost.com/uk/entry/uk_58132fe9e4b0ccfc956284df

You should maybe look up which banks the Rothschilds own, telling anyone they have no influence is ignorant....

Queen Anne VIGO Five Guinea coin
azda replied to Michael-Roo's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
I doubt anyone would print such a story without grounds. As Rob said, it would be madness to do so, especially an auction house where there bread and butter is selling to the public, either in their auction house or online. Perhaps the story could be a little exaggerated but i doubt the coin would be fake, especially at this level of price, any buyer of this coin is going to make sure its the real deal, especially at the price level quoted and the obvious world hype that's going to come with the story and coin -
Making sense yet? My mistake about him being DG, but the CEO of the News is probably much the same thing to place false facts into the public domain or create mass hysteria about immigrants or the pound being strong, considering his family have a vested interest in both sides of this coin https://wideawakegentile.wordpress.com/2014/06/04/marcus-agius-the-rothschild-in-law-director-at-the-bbc-and-barclays/

Or maybe the buyer read the forum

Is this news from the Propaganda machine that is the BBC? Its basically an extension of the Government Michael. Did you know that the husband of one of the Rothschilds has recently taken over the post of director general of the BBC? The same Rothschilds who control the worlds banks

Lol, you're disputing the figures that the people who actually mint the coins tell you?. I'm curious where your basis of dispute comes from against their exact figures, which, bear in mind must be exact -
Probably an American buyer

Queen Anne VIGO Five Guinea coin
azda replied to Michael-Roo's topic in British Coin Related Discussions & Enquiries
I thought of only fools and horses near the end there when Del and Rodney auctioned the rare clock for 6.3 million and went outside to the 3 wheeler and started screaming ? A great story though, will watch that one -

There seems to be scratches in the OBV which TPGs especially PCGS don't like and will mark down a coin for that I sent the attached pic to PCGS, it came back as only MS60.

Yes, Roath was kind of like bed and breakfast land, lots of students. My friend and i had an interesting evening down Cardiff queen street, after an evening at the disco we went into a 24hr McDonalds where the locals thought we were English, (we had 1 English guy with us, we both spoke broad Scots dialect) needless to say it didn't end well, some severely battered Welsh pride that night, i got home at 6am, my buddy came home at 8am with a broken finger, the English guy who had 2 teeth missing from the evenings entertainment
