Yes, it's not scientific I realise, but I've seen more lustred 35s than toned. Mind you, the toned examples were nowhere near as dark as that one.

1923 is the easiest date in that series.

I can just make out the O - the G would be underlying if an error overstruck? Also, errors of that kind so late (i.e. after Mint electrification) are vanishingly rare except for dates. Interesting though.
