Indeed Paddy, it's not even worth the P&P being charged. But then, maybe we're not taking into account the lifetime guarantee of authenticity. You can't put a price on peace of mind.

Somewhat unhelpfully, the seller notes that PCGS have only slabbed 4 at MS65RD (which obviously can't include this coin). Can't wait to get me one of those super duper British rarities - the 1953 QE2 1st issue farthing with the woodcock reverse. Actually, I have one, but it looks like Liz overindulged on a trip to the Guinness brewery.

Most likely due to unscrupulous mint workers in the late 1970s. The 2000 $1/10c mule (and similarly the New Zealand 2004 10c/$1 mule) is something you do have a chance of finding though.

As long as notes exist, coins will be required for change. When cash doesn't exist in monetary form it will be a sad day, charities and homeless people will suffer greatly from the inability to donate loose change.

Nice coins guys. These three came out of the ground with nice tones, I always wondered if it was caused by stubble burning years ago and the heat had discoloured them.

I gave in and bought A to Z too. Just need 3 £2 coins to complete those now as a distraction to collecting Vicky silvr...and bronze. Not sure how it happened. Silver was my happy place til I came here and now everything costs me so much more lol.
