I agree with both of you, although if you are wanting a slabbed coin then it certainly should warrant at least the premium of having the coin slabbed, i.e shipping both ways and the cost of slabbing, which if you just sent 1 coin would be almost £34. Obviously that doesn't mean it warrants buying something like a 1964 shilling with a £34 premium on top just because it's slabbed

Mine's just a dot flaw too, no die crack on it. As Pete says, the second one is a die crack/beginning of a rim cud.

Out of interest why would you counter stamp a coin as a collector, wouldn't it just devalue it completely?

If you want to print from google drive you have to download it first (try the little arrow, top center) then you should be good to go.

Difficult to find without the edge knocks but they are around to be had. eBay is always good start but there are a couple of dealers that'll have some for sale. Will cost you a bit though, just for the sake of having an example without edge knocks Rob's got a 2d @ £195 - www.rpcoins.co.uk

I would, for now, definitely wait for the battle between Microsoft and the current users to play out until they fix some of the major problems Windows 10 has. A new update is due soon and people are poised to find what new wave of issues come with it. Maybe they'll fix some of the big problems and it'll be ok but only time will tell. To be fair to you, you're using Windows 8 which is also a pile of rubbish the tiled screen was completely unnecessary, hence the abandonment in 10!

I find the 1915 filled 5 quite a difficult one to get an example of. That one you've posted David was definitely on its last legs, another die crack at 7 o'clock and the teeth around the bottom are almost resembling beads they're that clogged up!

Strange, I usually have it open at work from 9 (8 UK time) in the morning at work during the week and haven't had any problems. If it keeps happening put up another post I'll have a look and see if I can find what's causing it.

Privacy is the biggest problem with Windows 10, and changing the settings is extremely difficult even for people who understand the workings of the OS. They record every keystroke you make and send all this information back to themselves (supposedly to build up a profile to help make 'suggestions'). Their updates are also causing major problems with wiping applications, because they're deemed malicious, like Adobe of acrobat. For now it seems it's another must avoid, and just stick with Windows 7 which has always been the best since it came out..

I like the idea of releasing the underground £2 coins in the underground. Perhaps the Beatrix Potter designs will be released around London too, or maybe the Lake District? Looking forward to that design, I like the look of it.

Yeah those 2 are hard dates, the 1932 isn't too difficult to get, it just costs a pretty penny, it's the 1934 that you'll be forever looking for and upgrading! Im finally happy with mine, would only need to upgrade if one in UNC and with lustre came along, but I've only ever seen one full BU, forgot where I saw it, and have forever been searching for that picture since

I bought the andonstar on Pete's recommendation and can say it really is great value for money. Nice and compact and does exactly what you need. Haven't needed to look for another since!
