We have a feral cat who has been living with us for 8 years. He used to sleep on my head.Trouble is I still get a bloody huge mouser called Mills who sits on my head.I don't mind Mrs Peter
At another antique centre local to me I've bought several coins 1863 1/4d GF Many Indian Head cents 1887 1d EF Early Aussie silver The beauty of it I never paid more than £1.50 As with Richard Mrs Peter enjoys a nose round....we pick up a few nice bits. There is also a nice cafe adjacent.
There is a new antique centre opening up about 10 miles away in a pleasant small town. I have the opportunity of renting a coin cabinet. They are trying to get a reasonable coin section. Has anyone had experience of this?
Can of worms being opened. Why slab in the 1st place? The mule 20p looked AUNC and is as described. Most of us here break coins out of their plastic coffins.
There is a chap on ebay selling all these on CD for a couple of £. I have picked up one old catalogue but basically Krause is boll**ks and just a general reference.
