  1. Lots of options including Omnicoin, Photobucket, social media, etc, etc, but I would like to thank Nordle for recommending setting up a Wordpress website. After a few hours of using it I would also thoroughly recommend it - very functional, easy to use, and completely free. From a standing start I was able to set up the site in minutes, and have since been creating and uploading content (ongoing). This is what I have so far, and comments and tips from more experienced Wordpress users very welcome! https://pwcoins.wordpress.com

  2. I've no idea, not dabbled since that eBay purchase 6 years ago, but I agree that you could amass a comprehensive collection relatively cheaply (relative to coins that were circulating in England that are not as old and of lesser quality) Are you predominantly a 'type' collector like myself? I have very little interest in rare dates or varieties, preferring a higher grade for my buck ...

  3. Dave, Here is a 1861 that I have where the "I" is overstruck somewhat different than your coin. Your example has the "front" I struck low...mine has the "front" I overstruck high.

  8. Dave, thanks. As a new member I am reluctant to take advantage of anyones expertise , but if it is ok, I will pick out some items that look interesting. I will get the camera out when I get the chance. Thanks.
