Danz Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Hi all. I have been watching a 1918 KN penny on the Bay which just sold for £1320. It was graded as GEF/BU. A very nice coin but havn't got that sort of cash. What do you think and would you? Cheers all. Quote

Especially as I couldn't see it in the hand first and the seller admitted slight scuffing despite the lustre. I'm still in the market for a full lustre upgrade on mine. Quote

Nevermind that the 18KN is very much commoner than the 19KN, it's still a beaut. I'd give it houseroom!! Quote

VickySilver Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 All of the 1918-1919 H & KN in well struck and lustred form are undervalued IMO.The 1918H with well struck obv. and rev. might be worth nearly this price as we generallysee those mushy bits.... Quote
