Mr T Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 Davies lists the 1937 1+B threepence as unconfirmed - does it exist? I've looked at a few 1937 threepences though not a great amount but haven't come across one. Quote
Sleepy Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 I've got 7 1937's including a proof and they are all 1+A, as are all my 1938 (4) 1+B. ESC doesn't list such a variety but it does list a VIP proof and a matt sandblasted proof. 1 Quote
Mr T Posted January 11, 2021 Author Posted January 11, 2021 Anyone other threepence lovers out there? I'm slightly doubtful about this one as most of the 1937 varieties seem to be on the obverse from memory. Quote
Rob Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 I haven't seen one, but haven't looked. All those I have images of are 1+A. 1 Quote
blakeyboy Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 I went to school with Matt Sandblasted-Proof, if that's any use..... 3 Quote

copper123 Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 I had a friend who said that about his twice daily bottles of white lightening - hes dead now - liver could take no more . Quote
Mr T Posted January 25, 2021 Author Posted January 25, 2021 I checked my Groom book the other day and it was listed there as unconfirmed too - so possibly non-existent. Quote
