Looking through the list of dealers in last year's Coin Yearbook, I can only find two in Hertfordshire itself:-

M.G.Coins & Antiquities, 12 Mansfield, High Wych CM12-OJJ - Tel 01279 721719

David Miller Coins and Antiquities, PO Box 711 Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4UH - Tel 01442 251492

Although plenty in adjacent and nearby counties, Essex, Berkshire, Bucks, Cambs, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Northants.

Hope this helps. If you order a 2020 coin yearbook from Token Publishing, you'll be able to see them all. Available as an e version or hard copy.

Thanks 1949threepence, I’m in East Herts so not to far from parts of Essex at all.

I got my Crown from Coincraft in London and got done really great service and advice there, but it’s also know what’s on your doorstep too!

Might have been right first time - a Freudian slip by your Autocorrect as Coincraft have a reputation for charging top prices...

There's a shop in Hemel, mainly stamps but carries coins as well. Libritz, London Road, Apsley, not really worth going out of your way for.

Thanks bagerap, from time to time, I find myself in the Hemel area, so i'll drop in at some point for a look.

Thanks for letting me know.

Haha! I did try disable it once, but the results were disastrous. I humbly enabled it once more...!

Yep, the number of times I've sent a follow up one word text to correct an auto "correct" that slipped in while I was busy typing the main text.

It would depend on if it was a computer or phone, could have been predictive text

The guy who invented predictive text died this week.
