  1. Scroll up a bit.
  2. One here from John: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Book-British-Silver-Coins-since-1816-Peter-J-Davies/352134305732?hash=item51fcd717c4:g:jO0AAOSwcrFZhyaY
  3. Are we thinking of the same book? It would post for a couple of quid, surely?
  4. Rob should be able to sort you out a copy of Davies for the princely sum of about £18.
  5. To be honest, if this was something I wanted I'd be happy with a replica. After all, the original is just a round shiny thing contrived for no other reason than to make money. Leave a nice hole in the album and people will be desperate to fill it.
  6. Have you not got your Betamax plugged in?
  7. In an age when everything is recordable, I don't see how it matters. I'll be in the pub losing at darts so it'll be just nice when I get home.
  8. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x45azjg
  9. That'll be why I couldn't find it. ?
  10. Thanks Jerry. Half the battle here is knowing the indicators.
  11. Referring to Richard's site, he says that it's "distinguishable by there being only 5 border teeth from the upright of the R to the top of the I in VICTORIA". How was example 6 identified please? https://rarestpennies.wordpress.com/1881h-f103/
  12. I can't find it. Where should I be looking?
  13. Oh, that. Well I can see a mark now you've pointed it out.
  14. I don't see any of what you suggest.
  15. Just cleaned and a bit horrible for me.
  16. I've got a few bits and I quite like them, so yes. Not into notes though. That's quite a large collection.
  17. I am quite familiar with the procedure.
  18. Report item >> Prohibited and restricted items >> Stamps, currency and coins >> Replica coins, replica paper money, and replica stamps
  19. The one on the right looks ok to me. The other one, not so much.
  20. Thank you.
  21. That's the thing, isn't it? It's all in the wrong place. Think Ian's suggestion is a good candidate.
  22. That doesn't explain the top of the Queen's head and some of the edge lettering present within the hole though.
  23. I don't know unfortunately Ian. It's not mine and I've only seen the one side. Edit: Normal.
  24. Righto then, who's going to tell me what on earth went on here?
