  1. A R Alexander. Rev. Edward Casaubon reborn?…...
  2. And did you see the other listings? 25 years? Cracked out of a package newly landed from China. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Coins/11116/m.html?item=224097567098&hash=item342d41817a%3Ag%3AD7kAAOSwvgVfIIaY&_ssn=dcb.99 Is that 1845 horror show tooled? Why bother? Polish a turd and what do you have? A shiny turd. Boom boom. I'll get me coat….
  3. Grab yourself a bargain. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/lfcandroyals4eva/m.html?_trksid=p3692
  4. Sarah Cooper has a new clip on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8oaaP68i4s
  5. I'm learning to speak French but am having difficulty with the numbers. Try as I might I just can't get past seven. Turns out, I have a huit allergy.
  6. Or maybe; 'Never having to say you're sorry'…..
  7. ITMA https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1821-UK-Great-Britain-United-Kingdom-KING-GEORGE-IV-Silver-Shilling-Coin-i77850/352662689681?hash=item521c559791:g:stMAAOSwISZc2KOY

  9. You're quite right J, both.
  10. Possibly, but as with 'tiny hands' Trump, it's more likely a lame device for hiding the lack of, erm, substantial trouser profile….
  11. I note our great leader, Brother Veritas, has now adopted Trump's ridiculously elongated necktie look. Takes pounds off, apparently, and 'Let me be very clear about this.' in no way makes you look a total div.
  12. Or something to be found adjacent to a chunk of rotting bark.
  13. And further down the page an equally enticing embarrassment of riches offered by the same seller. I'm kicking myself for missing the end time on this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EXTREMELY-RARE-Minting-Error-1-SHILLING-SILVER-COIN-1926-/254606269370?_trksid=p2385738.m4383.l44720.c10&nordt=true&rt=nc&orig_cvip=true The same seller does though have two other treasures for my consideration, so all is not lost. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/daa2323/m.html?item=254606269370&nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
  14. I agree. Return it. NEF currency with nasty hairlines on the obverse.
  15. No, definitely Gouby X. Look at the number of likes when I first shared it here plus, just in case you're still in doubt, here's an excerpt from a email taken from a recent conversation I had with Michael G himself. I wish I had your luck or skill in acquiring some of these great coins. Yes you are the possessor of a 1911 “Hollow Neck” penny – a VERY difficult coin to find ! That was one of my earlier discoveries that I have been pleased to share with the collecting community.
  16. My apologies. I hadn't seen the additional photo. What a shame!
  17. Not sure what you mean Terry. Those are the seller's photos of the Gouby X I bought for £1.50.
  18. Oh, and this 1827 1d. GVF detail, minimal corrosion, £175 delivered. Earlier this year.
  19. I've posted these here before but they're probably worth dragging out again for this topic. Both last year. 1820 inverted 1 6d. GVF, £56. 1911, Gouby X, 1d. Fine, £1.50 inc. P&P.
  20. I See You Baby, Faking That Mass….
