I can definitely vouch for the seller. Martin's a top gentleman. The edge knock on the reverse (previously mentioned in a post positioned @ 7 o'clock)above the m (just after the date)is there.So many "experts" are oblivious to fakes which seem to be passed down the line as genuine. I think there is room in the market for a book on fakes and what to look out for.I understand there is a lot of hammered gold fakes,sovereigns,northumberland 1/-'s,1905 2/6,Ashmore,1822 Crowns,Anne 1/4d's,Charles 1 1/-,Bun head 2/6's etc & many foreign coins. Contemporary fakes have their place in the hobby.But modern fakes made to scam the collector!!! I also have been made aware there is quite an industry in Bulgaria making Roman Coins.
