  2. I decided to order it today from your link because of this post Now I just need the other one and I'll have two really nice references!
  3. Yes, get the Freeman book, esp as the new edition is available once again, although the prior edition is extremely useful, and an industry standard.
  4. Today
  5. I found another graded example (PCGS this time), which i believe to be misattributed. Can other please confirm or deny my suspicion? https://www.pcgs.com/cert/56163554
  6. Yesterday
  7. Having said that, they, themselves, appear to have little or no idea about whether it’s a novelty replica of a crown OR a shilling? 🤷‍♂️
  8. Could always point them here? https://www.easyliveauction.com/catalogue/lot/a536faa3e2db7ce00acac8b1a21a944e/0af8d24542e81eb9357e7ef448a6646f/day-2-coins-banknotes-tokens-medals-military-lot-232/
  9. Yup. Saw a seller the other day with a Rare! Silver! 1953 coronation crown for £669.66/$895. I told him in case it was innocent but it's still there.
  10. I messaged the seller to tell them exactly that. No response, and the listing stands.
  11. Ok, that would work, just let me know how you want to be paid for since I'm overseas
  12. Can also clearly see the 'WRL' on the reverse. Westair Reproductions Ltd, I think. They make replicas for museum gift shops etc and they always have WRL stamped on them.
  13. No print planned for the foreseeable I'm afraid. I should be able to prodive a PDF version for you.
  14. I would very much like to get a paper copy of this since the ebook is Kindle rather than something more useful like PDF. I have no trust for Amazon. Will there be another printing of this book? Thanks! William
  15. They’re going to ruin that 100% positive feedback with that 😆
  16. Last week
  17. I ordered through that yes, directly from the link on the forum's homepage. Incidentally, I am international, so that sounds like good news to me. Thanks.
  18. I believe we can see only the top portion of the 4 makng it appear widely spaced.
  19. The burr where the drill has blown out the metal is bronze coloured. I believe we can see only the top portion of the 4 makng it appear widely spaced.
  20. 1874H Freeman 66 dies 6+G is my guess; just inside the hole it looks bronze coloured.
  21. Thanks for that. I just checked and it seems that the posts are now showing new posts first. I must have clicked something I shouldn't have. Thank you.
  22. Well Done again! If I was you I would buy a national lottery ticket, about the same odds!

  24. I know, it's embarrassing that there hasn't been one for so long. Ideally I think I'd like to hand the reigns to someone else to do that and just be the publisher, if you know anyone!
  25. For me the new posts are at the top, below any ‘sticky’ posts so it must be possible. Or you can always click ‘unread posts’ top right. Jerry
  26. Just out of interest, when is the next Collectors' Coins GB (the pre-decimal one) likely to be coming out? The last one was 2020 ! I know bullion price volatility will be affecting values significantly, but even so, it'd be great to have an updated and revised edition soon!!
  27. Is there a way to place new posts first on all forums? I have been able to do this on a couple of forums but others begin with the first post and I have to sift through to the last page to read any new posts.
