Mintage 715,000. Number on ebay this year, probably 716,000.

People who've never listed another coin will have room for one of these. There's a jewelry seller who lists three at a time.

Every time.

If you read his auction, he says in there:

Any Claims that the item is not authentic Must be sent in writing in 14 days.

Why write that in the 1st Place if he thought the coin was original? Looks like something else to watch out for

He's also in Hong Kong

Looking at his feedback, too, plenty of complaints.

"DO NOT BUY ASIAN COINS! I AM SIC OF GETTING RIPPED OFF BY COUNTERFEITERS!HOWLAME"

"I AM FROM PERU, AND THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL LARGE COIN, IS A SMALL REPLICA"

"This is a reproduced coin/ this guy selling all fake coins..."

Oh, I'm sure he must be OK Clive. After all, he has 99.7% Positive Feedback from ebay and we all know how reliable that is.

Of course, if it really is 0.925 silver as stated, maybe worth buying?

But despite that I took a close look at the legend decided it wasn't right (the W of CROWN in particular) and reported it.

I'm so fickle sometimes!

They'll fake anything that can be sold for a profit. Did anyone read about the fake Apple store? that was a belter. Even the staff thought they were working for Apple.

The forum? I seem to be having technical difficulties with it again! I'm trying to find out the problem, for some reason its taking ages to load. These sites aren't easy to manage, a real pain in the b*tt sometimes. I'll hopefully have it working again shortly. Thanks Peter.

It is quite a difficult site to navigate but I found 1822 crowns and Northumberland shillings.

The amount he's has this year you could only assume they were from this Site as they seem to deal in bulk orders. Hopefully he's been hammered for a few quid. Is there pictures avaliable for download? Those would be handy references

The scariest figure is that they can supply 100,000 pieces per month - of the same coin!
