It looks like SG want to venture deeper into coins, to the tune of £42 million - not too sure I'm pleased but I'm doubtful it'll go through.

I thought it was an agreed done deal. Be interesting to see how the personnel situation pans out. Is Richard Gladdle going to be in overall charge? Are the staff all going to be happy? Have SG entered the market at the wrong time again?

Apparently no offer has been brought to the table, so nothing's yet set in stone. I'll be keeping a keen eye on how this pans out.

Reading the article apparently the offer of 42 Million was'nt good because both companies Share prices dipped

At Coinex I heard that this is definitely going through, the figure I heard was 46 million so I don't know if the offer was revised, but I have heard it on good authority that it will definitely go through!!
