Accumulator Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 How on earth do they conclude this has the 1/2d numerals? Quote
RLC35 Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Accumulator, Here is another one in the same auction that is wrong...this is NOT a mule!https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=lot&sid=502&lot=13201PCGS promoted one, a few years ago, that was not a mule (it was chastised on this formum at the time), and a Officer of PCGS came on the Forum and tried to explain away the fact that it was wrongly attributed. This looks like the same coin. "Bronze and Copper Collector" could tell us for sure, as he looked at the coin first hand! Quote
Colin88 Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 100% not a mule.....how do they get away with that.?.....and whoever does the attribution really shouldnt be working there....... Quote
Colin88 Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 How on earth do they conclude this has the 1/2d numerals?Dear god.....how do they get away with it?.....never mind a few dealers overgrading this borders on being fraudulent....especially as it appears to be the same US company repeating the same misattributions.....( is that a word?...or did I make that up?)
