Has anyone heard of F.S. Cockayne or his Colelction?

If anyone has any information on the F.S. Cockayne Collection or Cockayne himself, I would deeply appreciate any information that you may have. I have been searching and so far haven’t found anything.

I kept coming up with butterflies as well. Although I enjoy them - tokens is my main pursuit. Thank you for looking.
