The value really makes no difference as i would not sell anyway,i agree with you it is an interesting and unexpected find and makes a nice addition to my collection. Here is a picture of the obverse in full, not a brilliant pic as the daylight has gone. In hand the coin is quite dark and has just a small amount of lustre remaining Even from the OBV picture its quite noticable
Operation Hide-behind-the-Northerners! Hide behind the northerner phah. Picture this, a bunch of burly scots tribesmens all pained blue (Rangers supporters) coverting the south as they had heard what a fair green land it was full of milk and honey. They get as far a Middlesbough and think "what the f..." and all go home again. Job done. Gary D They never went to the Boro Gary, that's why the A1 exists Besides I'm a Durham lad originally so they had to get through us first and even during the Bonnie Prince Charlie "the Forty Five" fiasco they decided to go down the West (Carlisle was a doddle) to miss out the boys Wise choice or he would never have reached Derby! You got mail John

Hi Rose and welcome, the signup procedure was due to spamming of the site, the owner made it hopefully spambot proof, so at least we know it's not easy for man or bot now lol
Now then Terror, em fae Dundee tae, but living in Munich Personally i think its the Jubilee Medal as John (argentumandcoins) said, just its worn to a disc.
I wonder (in todays crazy market) this lil bad boy would sell for (its not for sale) but it's a stunning coin. Its the F16 i bought a few weeks back, i was a little hesitant to pay the sellers asking price but eventually did, this F16 though has the flying boat which is normally associated with the F10
