Far better value IMO would be to go and see one of the Steve Hackett 'Genesis' gigs. I've only ever seen these on You Tube but they are impressive, though with little improvisation (in that sense, he's a bit like a tribute band).

Hmm. I find it very difficult to pronounce on gold coins as the lack of toning on gold generally removes one obvious indicator.

Actually, I've just had a thought about those ticket prices. Artists used to get a decent proportion from CD sales, but what they get from digital downloads is a fraction of that, and even less from streaming. I reckon ticket sales from live gigs is their main source of income now, especially as CD sales have nosedived.

You can do the same in Photoshop if you're comfortable working with layers. put each letter on a separate layer make the top layer to be 50% opacity nudge the top layer until it's directly over the letter in the bottom layer use the brush with a suitable colour to paint the bits you want to highlight merge the 2 layers and save the image

I don't see any problems with it being genuine. Apart from the crud on the obverse, I'd rate it at least VF - in fact, I'd say GVF but just for wear. "GVF with crud"!

Indeed. "Can you pass the salt?" should always elicit the reply "Yes", but no actual salt appears.. 😄 And I also find the beginning of replies with "So" incredibly annoying. So (!) many Pointless contestants do it.

Definitely! Though I got a much better one - NEF - from Cookie in the 90s. A GEF would now suit me...
