Charles Ii Crown 1667

Hi,

Bought this coin today on an impulse buy at auction and paid £110. From what I have read the 1667 Crown with Roman Numerals is quite rare.

Can anyone please tell me what this coin is worth - Want to know if I paid too much.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the date is on the REV of this, so in essence, its not the rarity you're thinking/hoping/drooling over. You probably paid the right price for its worn grade

You were thinking its Spink 3355 when its Spink 3357

If you don't have a copy of Spink you should invest in one before spending more cash on coins, mistakes can be costly.
