Bought this coin today at london coin auctions UIN 17141

From CGS "9.5 teeth from the foot of the 1 sighted along the line of the 7. Note: this date spacing usually only found on the high tide coins"

Also what the pics dont show is the die axis is off as well

So what do you make of it im confused as i cant find it listed

Blurb to sell the coin, nothing more. There were prints on both Sides of the 1860 Stuart ;) they would annoy me on such nice coins

I am not convinced that there are only two reverses for this date, cant say at the moment why but I am looking into it and will post if I come up with anything.
I have posted a pic (not too brilliant!) which is from a 1897 HT penny which shows the date width being exactly 10 teeth!
