Yes, I've just checked the PM'd address i gave you and it is right, maybe Christmas issues with hotmail too? I know I had to queue for about 20 mins in a rural post office today while all the 'old dears' (and god bless 'em) were posting off bags of Christmas cards to Australia, US, Timbuktu, and the rest of it! Actually made me smile, until I realised I was creeping ever closer to the postie turning up and walking out with the mail bags, whilst I was standing patiently in line with my gooey grandma face on! :)

I'd soil my breeches if I found a coin that old in the ground. The oldest thing I have ever found was a small spearpoint on a hill in Luxembourg that was thence identified at a museum there as approximately 900-1000 years old and I was jumping for joy.

You can't beat the joys of archaeology :) On a Roman dig in Cirencester in the 1970s I found a bronze personal grooming kit - a pair of tweezers, a spatula, a hook (nail cleaner?), and a file, all beautifully inlaid and suspended from the Roman equivalent of a key-ring. That was a special moment I can tell you! Almost as good as finding a Julia Domna denarius in VF+ on the spoil tip and knowing that I could therefore keep it. :D

Removing a hedge from my parents front garden an Edward 1 penny appeared.....beautiful Suffolk. :)
