Hi, I was just wondering, at the bottom of the main forum page it gives you a list of the active users, it will have say 2 members, 5 visitors and underneath that it lists the members names say, Badger, Peter, Google. My question is why does it say Google all the time? I know its a pointless question really and will make no difference to me whatever the answer is but I am still curious.

Google, as a user, is a bot that trawls through forums for links to enable their search engine to perform better and present the forum's posts as results when people search Google. You will also sometimes see Yahoo and others appear.

So don't worry, it's only a friendly search bot that follows links. Think of it as a trusty bloodhond, if you will.
