Madness Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 (edited) On 10 October I won an auction being conducted by the Parisian auction house, iNumis. I made payment on 11 October and since then have sent two emails asking for acknowledgement of payment and shipping information. I've not yet received a response. Has anyone dealt with them before? If so, are they trustworthy. If not, should I be worried by their lack of communication? It's actually making me sick in the stomach as the amount involved isn't trivial. ozjohn Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 (edited) I've found when you attempt to speak to the French in their own language they suddenly gain an ability to speak English. As for the cost of the call most ISPs charge less than 5c/min to Europe for a telephone call which is pretty cheap.
