Edward Farthing, but which one?

I picked up this with some other stuff. I can see it is a farthing and from London with the Civitas London on the reverse, and I presume it is Edward I, II or III. Can anyone tell me anything more precise?

Really easy tool to use, you could've nailed your one easily.

Called 'Farthings and Halfpennies Edward I and II' by Paul and Bente R Withers. Part of their small change series. You'll find it on Galata Books.
