  1. if you post the coin and the date e.g. 1926 Half Penny a pic is useful(for valueation) but not neccesary if they are in bad condition oh and as you are new blackened copper is not worth less
  2. a pic would be nice. what grade does godd come under? a plastic thing? a bag, an envelope, a capsule? a piggy bank? i do not know what grade in a clear envolope i pic it next week

  7. i got a 1970 set today from dealer i looked at it and there is a bit of toning on the edge of the penny and the halfpenny quite abit of toning rest is fabnoulus

  10. Someone (who knows coins weirdly) dug up some roman coins but when i say some it is over 50000 coins. 31 was only found on his first attempt. How Lucky is he!More info in a while!
  11. If that's an advert, then the advertiser is being disingenuous I'm afraid. Victorian pennies are the same size and weight as later pre-decimal pennies. Their scrap value is exactly the same as 1967 pennies. So if someone is paying twice as much for Vic pennies, then they are not for scrap. not an advert and victoirian pennys are rarer

  14. Looks like 1836 to me, but it is a William IV groat or fourpence in um... interesting condition! Is it a detector find? i cannot tell the sate but the 3 is more visible than the ?other parts?(IMO 3 over 6)

  20. found a 2p 1971 and it was really battered dents in it someone must have been trying to make a fake but the 2 was very visible
